Infant Rotavirus enteritis (IRVE) is a kind of acute gastroenteritis disease that infected by Rotavirus (RV),it usually occurs in infants aged 6-24 minths,especially prevalently from October to December each year.In recent years,the study also found that systemic infection rotavirus infection is not confined to the intestinal system.RV can violate many organs by blood circulation,it can damage respiratory system,central nervous system,blood circulatory system, with great harm.Modern medicine has no good methords on the treatment of rotavirus enteritis way,while Chinese medicine in the treatment of rotavirus has its unique advantages.The topics under the overall concept of Chinese medicine,based on syndrome differentiation,using massage of invigoration spleen for eliminating dampness in treating Infantile Rotavirus enteritis in children,and discussing clinical efficacy and the mechanism.Objective:To investigate the massage of invigoration spleen for eliminating dampness used to treat Infantile Rotavirus enteritis and investigate the mechanism of action.Methods:We use randomized controlled trial method.At random,we divided 62 cases into three groups,massage of invigoration spleen for eliminating dampness therapy group 22 cases,routine massage therapy group 20 cases, the oral drug group 20 cases.Routine massage therapy group was treatded with traditional massage techniques,the oral drug group was treated with smecta, three groups were given the essential treatment and fluid therapy according to the condition of illness.Then we made contrast analysis of the therapeutic effects and the changes of clinical sumptoms and signs among three methods.Results:The results of the massage of invigoration spleen for eliminating dampness therapy group there are 18 cases taking marked effect,3 cases taking effect,1 case taking no effect.The marked effect rate is 81.82%.And in the routine massage therapy group there are 9 cases taking marked effect,8 cases taking effect,3 cases taking no effect.The marked effect rate is 45%.In the drug group there are 6 cases taking marked effect,10 cases taking effect,4 cases taking no effect.The marked effect rate is 30%.As to therapeutic effect,there was significant difference among three groups(p<0.05).Thet total effective rate of the massage of invigoration spleen for eliminating dampness therapy group is higher than the other groups.In reducing time of stool,improving the character compared with of stool,increasing the urine,the massage of invigoration spleen for eliminating dampness therapy group excelled another two groups.Conclusion:As to the treatment methods on the Infant Rotavirus enteritis,the massage of invigoration spleen for eliminating dampness was better than the routine massage and simida.
