Abstract


Object Observe the clinical effect of liver stomach heat accumulation illness of Reflux esophagitis (RE) cured by the method of liver-purging and regulating stomach soup. Mechanism and dominance of RE was discussed by traditional Chinese medicine method.Method 80 cases of heat accumulated in liver and stomach illness of RE were determined by gastroscope inspection and traditional Chinese medicine dialectical method. The 80 cases were selected, which were divided into two groups by random. One of the group was therapeutic group, and 60 cases were in it. liver-purging and regulating stomach soup method was used in this group. The other one was compared group, and 20 cases were in it. The method of conventional western medicine was employed in the group. One course of treatment in the two groups is 8 weeks. After the course of treatment, clinical effects were compared in the two groups.Results According to sexuality, age, course of disease and gastroscope, the two groups were classified. Before therapy, the comparative difference of cumulate points for the aspects of primary and secondary symptom had no statistical significance (P>0.05). According to assessment standard of curative effect, after the statistic treatment, the aspects of symptom improvement and endoscope treatment in therapeutic group were all prior to the compared group (P<0.05). And the adverse effect of the therapeutic group was lower than the compared group obviously.Conclusions Though the analysis, it is shown that the method of liver -purging and regulating stomach soup has great curative effect on RE. In the therapeutic group, symptom is improved remarkably; oesophagus mucosal inflammation is stimulated to remove better, and the safety of therapeutic group is prior to the compared group. It can be concluded that liver-purging and regulating stomach soup is feasible to travel breath and calm the adverse-rising energy for curing RE. The study results make great base for farther research.
