Abstract


With the rapid development of telecom technology, the content of operation and maintenance of telecommunications networks is constantly updating. The traditional operation and maintenance management mode of telecom enterprises can’t meet the needs of the telecommunications market, and it has seriously hindered the development of enterprises and reduced the competitiveness of enterprises. The operation and maintenance management mode needs to be optimized. In order to build a core competency of operation and maintenance support system, corporate strategy and customer-oriented demand and enhancing service awareness must be integrated in operation and maintenance management.This paper made a systematic analysis on a telecom company’s operation and maintenance management in A city and described the evolution of operation and maintenance management, and analyzed the development trends operation and maintenance management. Combining with the telecom company’s internal and external environment and the specific situation in A city, this paper analyzed organizational structure, business processes and assessment status of the telecom company’s operation and maintenance management mode. In this paper, specific problems of the telecom company’s operation and maintenance management mode are pointed out, and relevant theory is used to put forward a detailed optimization. After the optimization program was initially implemented in the telecom company in A city, it produced a certain effect. The final chapter of the article analyzed the practical implementation results.In this paper, the telecom company’s operation and maintenance management in A city is researched and designed, which mainly included organizational structure, business processes and assessment indicators of the operation and maintenance management mode. The core of the operation and maintenance management model is that Business processes should be based on the needs of client, and took into account the needs of network operation and maintenance management. This model coincided with the general development trend of the domestic telecom industry, and it played a very important role in improving customer satisfaction.
