1, the purpose of this article to take the way of the literature research, disease research based on some of the senior scholars, make full use of the medicine, history, literature, factor in the epidemic, the disease prevention and control, the formation and development of the epidemic diseases of ancient Chinese medicine, contemporary disease prevention and control aspects of the application of theories of ancient epidemics and innovation to explore, study the relevant factors of the the ancient physicians Governance epidemic ideological and disease prevention, and to explore the analysis of the medical profession to use the law of major acute infectious diseases prevention and control of epidemic theory, in order to establish sound of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the major diseases of modern control mechanism to provide a reference. 2 Methods 2.1 literature sources and search strategy ● retrieve range: Vip full-text database, CNKI Journal Full-text database. ● Search Keywords: nonaggressive including febrile disease, pestilence, plague, epidemic diseases, infectious diseases, traditional Chinese medicine, integrative medicine, such as Chinese medicine. The literature collection date from January 1955 to December 2009. ● literature inclusion criteria: the research literature related to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine blight; Traditional Chinese Medicine and Integrative treatment of infectious diseases clinical research literature. ● literature Exclusion criteria: Experimental study of literature. ● data collection content: etiology and pathogenesis of various infectious diseases, epidemic characteristics TCM epidemic syndrome characteristics, therapies and formulas. 2.2 Literature Research Methods 1) search query, download the original literature; 2) reading of each article title, abstract, keywords and cursory screening full text of literature; 3) to collect information to use frequency statistics, classification analysis method, according to the etiology and pathogenesis of various infectious diseases, the popular characteristics of the syndrome characteristics and the law governing prescription; 4) summarize the relevant data are summarized. Conclusion TCM disease theory system bud formed in the Qin and Han dynasties, and growth to improve in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties, sound and mature in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
