Abstract


Perfectionist as a relatively stable personality trait , divided adapt to the adverse perfectionist and to adapt to a good perfectionist two tendency to adapt to the adverse perfectionist lead to a variety of mental illnesses , such as anxiety , depression , and other important factors . Irrational beliefs to myself , to others, to the demands and distorted view of the surrounding environment and the things in terms of absolutes . Irrational beliefs also produce a variety of unhealthy emotions , such as anxiety, depression , anger , self-effacing important factors . The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between perfectionism, irrational beliefs and depression . The \Through research , the following conclusions : (1) the irrational beliefs perfectionist significant positive correlation . Irrational beliefs dimension varying degrees of impact on the various dimensions of perfectionism . Adapting to the adverse perfectionist and irrational beliefs between significant positive correlation , and adapt no significant correlation between good perfectionism and irrational beliefs ; worry about mistakes parents to ask personal standards and various dimensions of irrational beliefs a significant positive correlation rational dimension and a perceived accuracy , thinking reasonableness of significant negative correlation . (2 ) the total score of perfectionism and depression were significantly positively related . The depression varying degrees of impact on the various dimensions of perfectionism , depression and maladaptive perfectionism existence of a significant negative correlation , and adaptation good perfectionist, there is no significant correlation . Depression and perfectionism parents request worry about error dimension there is a significant positive correlation . ( 3 ) depression and irrational beliefs of the total score and each dimension showed a significant positive correlation , the lowest correlation coefficient with the highest correlation coefficient perception accuracy , and desires possibility . (4 ) irrational beliefs play a mediating role in the relationship between perfectionism and depression , but only in the status of the mediating variables in the relationship between maladaptive perfectionism and depression , adapted well to the relationship between perfectionism and depression plays an intermediary role .
