Abstract


China is now the issue of migrant workers are facing economic and social development of the outstanding problems , the \, ability to maintain social stability , socialist harmonious society could be built . Therefore, we must be properly and effectively solve the problem of migrant workers . In this thesis, the problem of migrant workers from cuts , more comprehensive overview of the basic content of migrant workers , migrant workers and development , and then by analyzing the root causes of migrant workers as well as the status and characteristics of migrant workers , propose solutions to the problem of migrant workers and fundamental way people of migrant workers ; Secondly, people of migrant workers discussed the basic connotation , people of migrant workers the necessity and inevitability of , a more profound analysis of people of migrant workers and the practical significance of people of migrant workers the status quo ; then there from the system and other aspects of the barriers people of migrant workers were analyzed ; Finally, these barriers from institutional innovation and other aspects of our way of people of migrant workers and countermeasures .
