In modern society, the importance of the role power supply enterprises played is increasing. Recently, the occurrence of large-scale power cut in foreign countries has sounded alarm to us, so most power supply enterprises pay more and more attention to the safety among work. In order to enhance their safety management capacity and ensure reliability of power supply, power supply enterprises have been absorbing safety management methods and innovating.By analyzing the status of Maoming Power Supply Enterprise’s safety management and comparing it with foreign and domestic advanced power supply enterprises, the short plate of safety management and problems were found, so a serials of strategies and measures are brought forward which consist of the construction safety production risk management system, supervision system, emergency system and transmission mechanism. Safety production risk management system is crystallization of the wisdom of China Southern Power Grid Corporation, which is the combination of advanced management experience from foreign and China’s reality, and which is the scientific system tested by practice. Through Building the safety risk management system, implementing the risk analysis and evaluation by prior control measure,make accident nipped in the bud,achieve active, advanced control. With closed-loop management for the principle, continues to improve; through Building a new monitoring system will change "Mandatory supervision" to "risk management ", effectively reduce and prevent accidents.Through Building emergency response system, three order emergency command platform is constructed, and it can improve the interoperability among upper and lower units and government departments as grid class, province class and local class, and it can realize information sharing. Even further, that can supply digital information of management for the command, coordination, scheduling and decision-making of daily and break out events emergency management. After implementing the "three systems one mechanism" construction, the level of safety production management is upgraded efficiently in Maoming Power Supply Enterprise. For that can control risk, and improve safety situation, and also ensure power grid’s stability, the ability of dealing with break out evens can be improved in power supply enterprises, at the same time, the loss can be at the lowest range.
