Abstract


With the rapid development of petrochemical industry in the field of construction, project tends to large-scale and complicated, but now management is still stay in is given priority to with the person, the software equipment instrument for auxiliary situation, can't satisfy the requirements of the development of construction technology. At present large petrochemical construction project management with the most difficult a question is: the construction of the special material purchase, transportation, storage custody, guard against theft and installation management. Based on RFID technology interactive material management method, according to the large engineering projects, RFID positioning technology characteristics, special mining material management is divided into two categories: enclosed area and open area; On RFID technology and human interaction monitoring reliability evaluation methods, finally, based on a building construction engineering project acetate material management information system design and software programming, including special material purchasing and warehousing system, special material warehousing and inventory system, material and special material installation acceptance system and special material tracking and maintenance system and so on four parts. Practice has proved based on RFID project materials man-machine management system can reach 100%, the safe use of material.
