Abstract


The netizens With network information platform to reflect and express their own attitudes and opinions of the major social issues of the sum that the network of public opinion. Network public opinion as the network era, a new kind of channels and ways of expression of public opinion, it has opened up new avenues for the expression of public opinion, has become a public expressing ideas, opinions, discussion of public affairs, a common platform of supervision by public opinion. Network public opinion in today's China has legitimate embarked on a public decision-making stage, become an important force to guide public opinion and thus affect the higher levels of decision-making in our government network public opinion had a huge influence for democracy. A comprehensive and in-depth research on the network of public opinion in the context of this era for the reality of political decision-making in China has a huge role, proper regulation and control of the network of public opinion for the development of democratic politics in our country has important and far-reaching significance, so the network public opinion is worthy of our deep thinking and explore. Domestic academia less research on the network of public opinion, basically no monograph. The article concentrated, comprehensive and deep network of public opinion research, and also put forward a novel perspective. Firstly, starting from the actual cases of the network of public opinion, the theoretical study Communication Studies as well as the network of public opinion is based on combining the reality of the development of the network of public opinion, to make a comprehensive analysis of the network public opinion connotation, function, type. The first article on the connotation of the network of public opinion defined, and analysis of the distinctive characteristics of the traditional expression of public opinion. Explain the functionality of a network of public opinion and then a classic case of, for example, the research angle cut actual, more convincing. Articles refining and sublimation of the large number of cases, innovative exploration of the evolution of the network of public opinion. Network public opinion played a tremendous reaction force in the real world, the article also focused on analyzing the positive and negative impact of the network of public opinion, in order to regulate its adverse impact for the development of democracy. Important influencing factors from the network of public opinion, the proposed use of these important factors as the main strategy to regulate the network public opinion, has a solid theoretical foundation and innovative. This paper also proposed comprehensive means regulation of network public opinion, to be able to make the network public opinion toward a more rational, in the right direction, to truly become a useful reference for public consultation by the Government, to become fill the existing institutional weaknesses, and to promote social and democratic progress strong momentum. Network public opinion research is not an ordinary comprehensive exposition, its innovation lies in the integrated network of public opinion, comprehensive exposition of the general process of its evolution. Chapter discusses the meaning of the network of public opinion, the case summary of features, combined with the function as well as the type of network public opinion divided. The second chapter discusses in detail the general process of the evolution of the network of public opinion. Chapter III discusses the characteristics of the network of public opinion, the positive and negative impact of network public opinion on democracy. Chapter regulation means to take an integrated combination of network environment to create a healthy, civilized, reasonable use of the network of public and orderly expression of public opinion, the network of public opinion toward a more rational, objective direction, so as to promote social progress.
