Open CNC system (ONC) is being increasingly widely used , has strong adaptability and flexible configuration capabilities , control software with timely expansion and connection functions , can be adapted to the development of new technologies and expansion of a variety of new features , at the same time able to adapt to the rapid development of computer technology and information technology and upgrading . The motion controller is open CNC system , the Axis CNC milling through the motion controller , so that the machine can achieve surface machining , and the machine has a high-speed , high-precision , high stability , real-time control and four such as axis simultaneous performance , comply with the requirements of open CNC system has good compatibility . The main subject of the core processor , DSP and FPGA -based PCI bus motion controller hardware circuit design , the main tasks include : 1 ) analysis of open CNC system development and research status . 2 ) from the point of view of the system as a whole , the overall design and analysis of DSP and FPGA as described advantages and the role of motion controller core processor , and other auxiliary chip . 3 ) data transfer between the host computer and the motion controller hardware circuit design . Including the PC with PCI9052 PCI9052 dual-port RAM and DSP TMS320LF2407A hardware circuit design as well as the hardware configuration of the circuit PCI9052 . 4) the DSP peripheral hardware circuit design , and DSP minimum system the JTAG interface circuits and CAN interface circuit hardware circuit design and analysis . 5 ) the overall flow of the motion controller software design, detailed introduction of the PCI9052, CAN interface circuit initialization .
