Abstract


Open the main direction of development of today 's CNC technology , open architecture CNC system based on motion controller is one of the open CNC system structure model . In this paper, large ships propeller heavy seven Five Axis milling machine \system common application program interface (API) and logic control functions ( PLC ) were studied and discussed. First , reference OSACA model , the establishment of open CNC system model were analyzed from two aspects of the software and hardware system module functional interface , to build open numerical control system based on motion controller hardware and software platforms . Secondly, according to the API definition and classification the OSACA model will open CNC system based on motion controller communication is divided into functional modules of the communication system between the two categories: system function module with the underlying motion controller communication . The interface between the system function modules and communication management module , the use of the system provided Window2000 multi-process communication mechanism to achieve communication between the system function modules and scheduling . Analysis of the communication interface of the system function module with the underlying motion controller , and the design of its universal communication API function API . UMAC motion controller core for motion control , logic control system using the the UMAC built-in PLC function . System M , S , T function , the machine operator panel control functions and other modules function to achieve . Finally, the large ships propeller heavy seven five axis milling machine tool , the research for the design and development of the numerical control system for the control object . The main structure and configuration of the system to achieve a dedicated control functions of the system .
