Abstract


The large structural parts are often subject to loads from different directions , in order to simulate the large structural parts in the actual operating conditions of the complex load , its loaded test station must be able to controllable in three directions of the space , while the output force and torque . Stewart platform can be achieved not only the space of six degrees of freedom of movement , and can also output the forces and moments in three directions . Therefore , the introduction of this thesis, the platform to the large structure fatigue loading test Taichung for loading large structure complex load case . Papers based on parallel kinematics and dynamics of the basic theory of six degrees of freedom of the platform , and in accordance with the actual situation in the elastic deformation range of internal forces and shaped into a proportional relationship , explore the feasibility control output force control by using the platform 's position . After the establishment of semi- physical simulation model of the system , and verify the feasibility , according to the force and torque load requirements of the test pieces , six degrees of freedom of the platform to meet the load requirements of the mechanical structure design . The specific design include : foundation structure meets the requirements of the stiffness of the test rig ; hydraulic servo system design to meet the load requirements of the loading platform and hinge connection ; meet system security and control accuracy requirements . After that, the paper of the control system hardware selection design and write using the upper and lower machine control software of the two control modes . PC monitoring interface using the VC platform based on the Windows operating system , good man-machine interface for embedded Linux system security control platform ; under -bit machine to complete real-time control of the platform . Then, the paper carried out on the test bench system functional test platform of mechanical parts and control systems including security checks , the dynamic response test , loading the the docking platform specimen Process Validation . Finally, the live load test specimen . The loading test results show that the six degrees of freedom , the parallel force loading platform system having a a 1000KN rated load force 3500KNm rated load torque, to simulate the full range of working conditions of the large structural parts load . Loading platform system has been put into practical use , and achieved good results .
