Abstract


Growing international attention to global changes in the marine environment , at the same time , Marine GIS Technology and Application of GIS scholars height , how intuitive image to express the state of the marine environment and its changes become the focus of the study . Spatial data of the marine environment the Marine GIS researchers to analyze the expression of the state of the marine environment based on real-time data obtained efficient organization , storage , and management is a focus of this study . Based on data visualization expression and analysis applications , due to the marine environment, remote sensing data with strong real-time visual expression can accurately reflect the real-time status of the marine environment , real-time data storage using network the more conducive visualization users quick and easy access . Network of marine environmental data visualization especially less network three-dimensional sphere visualization Another focus of this study , so how the expression and analysis of the data network visualization . Paper around the design and implementation of the marine environment, spatial data management and network visualization system , the first analysis of the spatial database technology , two-dimensional network map technology , as well as three-dimensional Earth technology systems , while Web services technology to extend the development of three-dimensional Earth introduced. Several technical methods and system solutions were discussed , including data management techniques, two-dimensional map display dynamic publishing technology , data, three-dimensional sphere dynamic display and query analysis technology and mapping services , effective solutions . In this study on the basis of the timeliness and mass of the marine environment spatial data organization and management , and the establishment of the marine environment, spatial database ; achieve a set of marine environment spatial data management , data network release, the two-dimensional map data browsing analysis and three-dimensional sphere analysis functions in one of the marine environment spatial data management and network visualization systems for marine scientific research and analysis staff use the data , the observed changes in the marine environment , provide a convenient and effective tool for the protection of the marine environment .
