The flame combustion diagnosis has been a hot issue, and its research significance, the existing combustion diagnosis system has become unstable, poor real-time, to identify the shortcomings of the low. Accurately determine the real-time monitoring of the state of the furnace flame and combustion diagnostics system automation, intelligent improve the accuracy and reliability of the recognition of the state of combustion, can effectively prevent flame, boiler deflagration and other major accidents and reduce the loss of state property to protect the safety of human life. Firstly, analysis of the status of the boiler combustion diagnostics, summarize the research direction at home and abroad, and the ways and means, point out its shortcomings and defects, analyzed the digital image processing technology and artificial intelligence research progress, focused on research based on digital image processing technology and modern artificial intelligence combined combustion diagnostics system. For collecting back flame images containing noise and flame area fills the entire picture of the problem, the first flame image pre-processing, including filtering denoising of the original image, the flame image segmentation that determine the flame region, the text improved segmentation algorithm based on the two-dimensional histogram swash stars reflect the flame burning condition information, i.e., the flame image characteristic parameters, and then extracted in the flame region divided, the extracted feature quantity of the analysis to identify the most true representative of the boiler combustion conditions optimal feature combinations, and finally the use of smart model to diagnose the state of the flame burning, the flame image of unknown the discriminant to test the validity and accuracy of the model. Two smart model to determine the stability of the combustion flame image, respectively, for the neural network model has been a lot of research and successful application of the boiler combustion system, and in recent years the development of support vector machine model of two The two models were compared using analysis of their respective strengths and weaknesses, and provides a new stability determination algorithm of artificial intelligence.
