Abstract


Henan Province Rural Credit Cooperative management system is based on careful analysis of the current commercial bank credit risk management needs to fully draw on the domestic banking experience in information technology , combined with advanced design concepts , developed a set of Henan Rural Credit credit business in one of the new credit risk management system; specification Henan Rural Credit credit business processes, improve the level of credit the business , and enhance the ability of risk control , to minimize the risk of loans , to improve the quality of credit assets , to protect the healthy development of credit business will play a positive role . The system is the investigation under the credit management rules and regulations , the loan payment recovery, as well as loans throughout the information collection and management of information systems , the most basic function is to limit management feasibility customers to apply for loans , including loans approval control is the key to the system . In this paper, the demand for loan approval system , function , determine the module functional structure , given the overall design . Database design , process design , page design and the detailed design of the functional modules the loan approval subsystems . Systems through the application of the test , basically meet the needs of users . The system first automatically finds the identity of the operator of the loan approval in the loan approval process has permission , to determine their identity . And at all levels of loan approval under the authority of the loans in its loan approval within express their views and submit for approval results . Finally, the loan will be at a stage of approval , has the right to decide the loan approval personnel to make the final decision ( agree or disagree) , the end of the approval process . This paper focuses on the approval positions set to approve personnel set , the setting of the approval process , loan approval achieve article also debugging environment for loan approval , the process of debugging and testing program was introduced and analyzed , and its realization key technologies : JSP technology , Struts framework , DWR framework and SQL ( structured Query Language ) was introduced and analyzed .
