Abstract


Objective: To understand the characteristics and behavioral characteristics of the early development of children with autism, and analysis of children with autism abnormalities found status and impact of anomalies found time factors, and provide the basis for the early identification of autism. Methods: A cluster sample from December 2009 to June 2010 during the 3-year-old received treatment in an autism rehabilitation center in Wuhan and Hunan Provincial Children's Hospital 71 cases of children with autism as case group; same sex, same age selected 71 healthy children as a control group. The children's behavior and related factors questionnaire survey used to establish a database Epidata3.0 complete statistical analysis SPSS12.0 child support. Results: (1) In general: ① gender and age: A total of 142 children, 71 cases of children in the case group, children in the control group 71 cases, two sets of child sex ratio were 4.07:1 and age are 30 to the main 36 months; the ② births: two sets of children's gestational age and birth weight difference was not statistically significance (P gt; 0.05); (3) children's family situation: two groups of families of children with type parental age, educational level and occupational the difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05). (2) the development of the situation: large motor development of the children in the case group, language development, individuals - social behavior and development as well as fine motor - the average development time adaptive backward children in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). (3) behavior: the case group Children not or rarely imitate the voice of the adult, expression or action \; 0.05); \higher than those in the control group (P lt; 0.05). (4) anomalies found situation: (1) children with autism anomalies discoverer mainly mothers, accounting for 70.42%; ② The easily cause caregivers to pay attention to the abnormal situation in turn like to repeat the same action (32.39%), no response called names ( 26.76%) and can not speak (14.08%); (3) children with autism anomalies found the average age was 17.92, and 80.28% of the anomalies is discovered before the age of 2. (5) The impact of the anomalies found time factors: (1) single-factor analysis: time factors: the number of children, birth abnormalities, family history, foster care history and main caregiver unusual circumstances affecting children with autism. (2) multi-factor analysis: foster the history of children with autism anomalies found later time, the primary caregiver for mothers of children with autism anomalies found earlier. Conclusion: Children with autism developmental delays and sexual behavior in infancy exhibit certain characteristics, closely related to the discovery of anomalies and primary caregivers. Therefore, we should strengthen the dependents autism health education, to raise their level of awareness of autism, attention to sex screening of autism characteristics to facilitate the early identification of children with autism.
