This paper first introduces the research background, and the application of high-temperature superconducting technology in the receiver application background and discusses in detail the receivers, high-temperature and low-temperature superconducting duplexer low noise amplifier design fundamentals . After focusing on the receiver design methods and processes , and finally gives HTS channelized receiver as well as the main components of the overall system test results. The linear matching network design method by adjusting the T- transmission line characteristic impedance and electrical length and the previous stage band -pass filter coupling coefficient between resonators , the successful completion of the continuous high-temperature superconducting channel diplexer design. With ordinary low pass filter composed of a duplexer , coupler band -pass filter of a duplexer , and a duplexer ring is constituted , this kind duplexer smaller , better performance . And at room temperature using the design methods, combined with low temperature design experience, the design of a low-temperature low-noise amplifier , low noise amplifier greatly reduces the noise figure . Channelized receiver in order to achieve the ultimate goal of the system : gain, frequency range , image rejection , etc. It also completed the RF module , mixing module and IF modules and other major components of the design . From the experimental results, the low microwave surface resistance of the film made ??of high-temperature superconducting HTS duplexer having a small insertion loss , put it in front of the system noise of the whole system small. Operating temperature and low-noise amplifier in liquid nitrogen temperature , thus reducing the thermal noise , so that the system noise is further reduced. So by the HTS diplexer and low temperature low-noise amplifier HTS channelized receiver front-end system has a high sensitivity, strong interference suppression , basically realize the overall design goals.
