Abstract


As a great initiative of the Information Age , the advent of the Internet has brought to our lives has undergone enormous changes , whether in work, study or entertainment , people can enjoy the network brought us great convenience . But anything that is not perfect , the network is no exception, its application will impact on our traditional social values ??and legal . Today, the network infringement cases has long been common , the most common phenomenon especially in infringement of the right of reputation . Right of reputation as an important personality rights , subject to strict protection of the law , anyone else have an obligation to safeguard the rights of the rights holders bear the corresponding tort liability , infringes on the right of reputation , you need to be punished by law . Compared with traditional reputation infringement , network reputation infringement is no different in nature , but there are some differences in the infringement ways , the main responsibility . However, because many of the characteristics of the network itself , making the network reputation infringement has a highly destructive and should be brought to our attention .
