Abstract


With the wide application of the computer technology, the network technique, the communication technology, the multimedia technology and some other advanced technologies, the amount of information is growing rapidly. How to store, manage and apply the information reasonably has become the hot issue and information and information technology are becoming the themes of our era. The development of information and information technology has brought great changes to people’s life. It is driving the rapid development of a global industrial, technological and military revolution. And also great changes have been taken in the military system, and the transition of people’s army from mechanized troops to informationization troops has become an inevitable topic. In order to adapt to the requirements of new military revolution and win the future informationization war, the people’s army must take the way of informationization construction, fully realize the importance of information and information technology, especially bring into play the information ability adequately in the informationization construction of the people’s army, and to plan under the overall situation in order to realize the integration, networking, visualization and intelligence. At the same time of promoting the information resources sharing, the security system should be set up so that the information resources can be value-added and secretive in all the process. With the rapid development of new military revolution, more and more troops begin to adopt the information management and promote the science and efficiency of the management greatly.This paper designs an automatic material management system which has many functions such as warehousing, ex-warehousing, quick warehousing, quick ex-warehousing, good checking and so on. It aims to improve the efficiency of manage the materials of troops, reduce the labor intensity and enhance the accuracy of the material management, provide more convenient and more scientific service for material administrators and adapt to the needs of modern society better, serve all kinds of work of troops and safeguard materials of troops.
