Abstract


China 's TV media industry as an important part of the cultural industry , is in reform and innovation to tackle tough stage . With the deepening of the television media industry constantly improve the level and trend of media convergence , the traditional television media, government regulatory system showing inadequate supervision and regulation over the legal level is not high, the regulatory body over a single , non-governmental regulatory power is weak outstanding problems , a serious impediment to the further development of the television media industry . Government regulators to start from the understanding of television media , the ways and means of the subject and object of government regulation of television media , the specific content , government regulators made ??a detailed analysis of China 's TV media industry of the different characteristics of different stages of development government regulation , government regulatory problems in the industrialization process of the television media , the Countermeasures .
