Abstract


The army is the cornerstone of maintaining stability in the country, relations with the country's economic development and national defense construction. The demobilized officers is an important part of the armed forces, whether they can get the proper arrangements related to the stability of the army, so the resettlement of demobilized officers have been by the party and the country attaches great importance to. However, with the development of market economy, demobilized resettlement has been more and more restrictions. The early days of the establishment of the planned resettlement policies and social development are incompatible So, in order to adapt to the development of the market economy, the placement system has also carried out some reforms. Evolved from a single plan to rehouse the placement of the way, now plans to combine resettlement with their own jobs and diversify the placement system, but also to the demobilized officers route choice. Both plan to rehouse or their own jobs, demobilized officers from the army eventually into society, in the process, they face new problems. In this paper, the theory of employability, through the recognition of a career in the process of re-employment for demobilized officers, the transformation of the role of human capital, social capital aspects to analyze the characteristics of the employment in the process of re-employment of demobilized military officers, and analysis of these characteristics influencing factors behind last the resettlement of demobilized soldiers and foreign policy comparison, put forward some suggestions for demobilized officers resettlement policy. This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter of the problem as well as the definition of basic concepts. The second chapter describes the status of the re-employment of demobilized officers, divided into resettlement way, re-employment status of transition. The third chapter is demobilized military officers employment capacity characteristics of the transition, the main initial employment of demobilized officers have a strong policy-dependent change of attitude facing role transformation process, non-technical human resources advantages and technical human resources The lack of features. The fourth chapter describes the impact of demobilized officers improve employability factors, divided into two aspects of personal and social factors. Personal factors, including human resources development model, changes in social status and role resocialization three aspects. Social factors into the impact of the system affect the employment situation. The final chapter learn from foreign experience and the countermeasures proposed two ways to analyze how to improve the employability of the demobilized officers.
