Abstract


With the rapid development of science and technology in the world , the rare earth resources have increasingly become an important national strategic resource . Although China has a very rich rare earth resources , but bear heavy pressure on the mining and development of rare earth industry backward , an urgent need to strengthen the protection of this important resource . And the development of rare earth industry, science and technology , improving product technology content , become the protection of rare earth resources , the development of an important means of Rare Earth High-tech Zone . In this general direction , according to what mode to achieve their goals more effectively and become the focus of the problem . The other side of the ocean , the United States , through the close cooperation of universities and high-tech zones in all aspects to achieve the myth of sand into gold , building a Silicon Valley high-tech zone of world attention . In this process , a Stanford University - based institutions of higher education , personnel training , scientific research environment to create a culture of entrepreneurship and small and medium enterprises in the human , intellectual and even financial support to become the Silicon Valley success powerful momentum. China 's Rare Earth High-tech Zone in the development and construction , there is no formation of a close relationship with the university , and no form with each other to build each other to promote the system , but both sides also has a very broad space for development .
