Abstract


Accompanied the development and deepening of the reform of higher education in China, the graduate employment changes in the way as well as the constant expansion of enrollment of college students facing increasingly severe employment situation. Graduate Employment issue has caused widespread concern in society. The role and status of career planning and education has become increasingly prominent. In recent years, our university has been increasing emphasis on research on college students' career, but mainly around the theory of career college students career planning status and the need for research, and career planning application effect study, compared with the lack of career planning and course design. The study will specifically discuss a special career planning courses form - the design and implementation of the curriculum of college students career planning group activities. Through the literature review, the follow-up survey, to participate in the training course of the career planning, career planning, psychological counseling and other forms of access to first-hand information on the case. On this basis, the combined career course theory of group counseling and activities, as well as personal interest and thinking, design college students career planning group activities courses, and to Huazhong University undergraduates, for example, course implementation . In the course of the design process, as compared with the previous studies, the author in the course objectives, test selection and the design of the course content bold exploration. The Course Objectives aspects practicality, performance goals, and stressed that all the members in a dynamic, constantly enrich and improve their own career planning. Subjects of three different grade levels in the subjects chosen. In curriculum design \effective exploration of the three aspects and choices, and a series of various activities. Focus on the case, the use of the philosophical story, focusing on the design from the point of view close to the members of the real-life activities, focusing on the use of homework and close contact with real life. The implementation of this curriculum after five lessons for a period of one and a half, and survey leader observations summarized tracking interviews the amount of the assessment and qualitative assessment, and eventually come to the following conclusions: 1. Courses in accordance with the definition of content design of the self, to know themselves, build self-understanding of the organization and the social environment, to determine the most needed in the near future to achieve the career goals, and contribute effectively to the members of a group of self-awareness, career awareness and planning awareness. 2. Practical, the implementation of the goals of the proposed courses positioning in active experience, feelings, and close contact with students learning life free from theory sermon. And to promote the group members based on the reality of the situation after the end of the course and constantly enrich and improve their own career planning, do apply their knowledge. Curriculum implementation process to take speaking philosophical stories, case studies, shallow hypnosis, interactive games, the difference was choice of measures to enrich the course content, form, to help college students in a more lively and closer to real life more harmonious atmosphere deeply appreciate the theoretical, practical, and the feasibility of the essence of the course, the enhanced plan.
