Abstract


Following the comprehensive national online community, such as the End of the World Forum, the power of the popular forums, the regional online community began to grow rapidly. Today, every city, and even some counties already have their own online communities. Web users become accustomed to local online community.China is in Social transition stage, so various contradictions and problems become more prominent than ever. And more and more social hot issues, is sprouting from many local online communities. Internet public opinion is the embodiment of community information online. So research on regional online forums of china is necessary.This paper tries to proceed from the first line of public opinion to explore the development of China’s regional online communities, such as stage and network status of public opinion. Specifically to several online forums, through comprehensive research and case observation methods, to summarize its true representation, take this as far as the associated theory.The conclusion is according to the survey results, after a study found that China’s regional online communities have a certain extent reflect on the network of Public Opinion, but mostly stay in the primary discussion, emotional suffering, and the real problems are not resolved finally. Few was resolved for the public voice. Online forum plays a good role in emotions express, but far less than other new media form to promote democracy, such as microblog.
