Abstract


Corporate dividend distribution policy is an important element of financial management , it is not only the distribution of the proceeds of the enterprise , but also to the corporate investment , financing , and stock prices and other aspects. Excessive dividends , retained earnings decreased, affecting the ability of enterprises to reinvest may result fell ; while the low level of dividend payment , would lead to shareholder discontent , the share price will fall. Therefore , the development of a reasonable dividend policy is very important. By the author of listed companies in China's textile industry 2005-2008 annual dividend distribution behavior analysis found that China's textile industry listed company dividend payout ratio is low, the lack of continuity and stability of dividends and other issues, which the textile industry, listed companies and investment those who have had a significant impact of this situation , we use comparative analysis and empirical analysis method to study the textile industry listed company dividends internal factors , aimed at listed companies in the textile industry to provide certain dividends reference , while the textile industry norms dividend distribution behavior of listed companies . This article is divided into six sections elaborate : The first part is the full text of an introduction, general introduction to the topic paper background, significance , research contents and research methods. The second part is related to dividend distribution theory and literature review focuses on some of the basic theory of dividend distribution , an overview of Western scholars dividend related research. The third part is the textile industry listed company dividend distribution problems and cause analysis, mainly introduces the textile industry, the basic situation of listed companies as well as dividend distribution problems , and produce these dividend -depth analysis of the causes of behavior . The fourth part is the textile industry dividends of listed companies Empirical Analysis of the object of study and research to define the sample , select affecting the textile industry a major listed company dividends internal factors , the use of simple correlation analysis and principal component analysis to establish an empirical model and draw conclusions . The fifth part is countermeasure research , mainly for the fourth part on the conclusions of empirical specifications listed companies in China's textile industry, some of the recommendations dividend distribution . Part VI is the study of innovation and shortcomings .
