Abstract


Project evaluation is a science. In the area of investment it plays an important role.lt is not only a basis for decision-making or management tools. Banks project assessment and feasibility study of foreign experience and adapt to a work. In our late start, there are some difficulties, the State Council in 1984, the 50th Executive Meeting pointed out: "Banks want to truly run the investment bank, to as the World Bank, as each project undesirable research, from business and social benefits on the argument carefully before deciding whether the loans. " We know that any decision-making, without thorough investigation and study, it is difficult to make the right judgments. Banks project evaluation, is a scientific basis for making investment decisions. For current problems of bank project evaluation, we can work through the author of a commercial bank loan for its intended station A of the assessment carried out to explore the implementation of the project evaluation approach,view, and the effect. Whether the bank loans of hydropower projects, the electricity market must be taken into account in particular the provinces where the hydropower project electricity market supply and demand, prices, integrated design of hydroelectric projects and so on. Generally speaking, in case of shortage of electricity market, as new energy, hydropower projects integrated investment risk is relatively small, and a hydropower project is profitable, largely depend on the design of the project itself is mature, these Bank assessment is essential, while, according to the project’s economic and technical evaluation of the Bank financing and risk prevention measures. I hope this paper’s argument for the commercial banks and other organizations involved in project evaluation before the next reference.
