Abstract


In recent years, the performance of the overall rise in the domestic passenger car industry from the passenger car export situation , select bus chassis CKD export model to explore the international market , the bus enterprise issue worth deep Monopolizing . Enterprises will directly affect the quality of the operation of bus chassis CKD exports to the market performance of passenger car exports from the current the bus export prices competitive state gradually shift to non- price competition in the state , that is, through the quality of products , special features , or after-sales service provided to customers unique and super value competition , should govern the technical data preparation , the quality of the parts , container utilization to maximize packing job standardization of the foundation stone for a solid bedrock requirements in the international market for the business -oriented . ( hereinafter referred to as \DFTC \This thesis the design and optimization of DFTC the Bus Chassis CKD export management processes by linking theory with practice , for DFTC company to establish a complete set of bus chassis export management processes . Effects assessment and recommendations for improvement of the business process implementation . This thesis and establishing DFTC customer satisfaction for CKD export -oriented management system , management of to explore bus manufacturing enterprise CKD business 's direction , to improve the the export enterprise core competitiveness and international market management level , in response to the global financial crisis on the automotive industry ( especially the passenger car industry) the impact of pressure, and promote the development of international road for passenger cars export enterprises have a positive reference .
