Yongtai County, what is typical agricultural and mountain county, the development of agriculture for the socio-economic development of Yongtai County plays a vital role. Strengthen the building of agricultural information, through information technology to transform traditional agriculture, modern agriculture equipment, information services through the production of small farmers and large market, docking, by raising the level of information reduce the urban-rural "digital divide" has become accelerating socio-economic development and building society Neo-rural areas is an urgent task. However, construction of agricultural information is a long-term and systematic project, it has a large investment, long construction period, and once it is caused irreparable mistake was investing in the high-risk. These characteristics require the construction of agricultural information for reasonable planning and real time monitoring. Planning and supervision must be able to accurately measure the level of agricultural information construction, which need to build a scientific and feasible evaluation index system and method. Therefore, the depth evaluation of the level of Yongtai County’s agricultural information work, the degree of quantitative analysis of agricultural information, clearly the level of agricultural location information to identify the gap between regions, for improving agricultural information work in scientific decision-making and management, development agricultural information development plan, promote economic growth and social development, has important practical significance.This paper summarizes the domestic and international agricultural research information, analyzed the content of agricultural information and its characteristics, based on literature analysis, information research, investigation, AHP, Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method such as system science research methods, to establish the development of agricultural information Yongtai County evaluation system, an empirical evaluation of its research, analysis of agricultural information Yongtai County interval between levels of development, from which to find source of the problem and propose appropriate measures Yongtai County information to promote the sustainable development of agriculture.
