Abstract


Land resources is the most important sustaining economic growth factor, whose utilization is closely related to economic development. This paper chooses four areas as research areas—Shucheng, Anqing, Dangtu ,Linquan which have obvious location advantages in rise of central China and eastward development in Anhui Province . Based on the deep analysis of regional economic development level index and the intensive utilization of land in development zones, this article respectively obtains the repression model of region-economic-development divergence indicator and intensive utilization of land in development zones with the multiple linear regression and curveestimate method , it also reaches the cubic model of regional economic development synthetical score and the intensive utilization of land in development zones. According to the relation between regional economy and intensive utilization of land in development zones, this paper puts forward countermeasures to coordinate regional economy and the intensive utilization of land in development zones.
