Abstract


The transfer of rural surplus labor problem is the current economic and social development of the developing countries in the common problems encountered in the process , since China's reform and opening up the rapid economic development to become problem in China's economic and social development of the problem, not only related to the new socialist countryside construction , but also to building a moderately prosperous society can be realized. In this paper, the problem of rural labor transfer is mainly from two aspects of theoretical and empirical analysis. Theory is based on the theory of dual economic structure , introducing domestic and rural labor transfer of research results based on the development of China's rural labor transfer process , characteristics and constraints are analyzed by comparing the foreign labor mode generates lessons , and urban-rural income equality into equilibrium assumptions to estimate the number of farmers ; empirical aspects of the rural households selected real per capita net income , real per capita income gap between urban and rural areas in six impact factors of rural surplus labor transfer , established a multiple linear regression model analysis ; Finally , combined with China's actual proposed such as urban-rural split break institutional barriers , and a series of improvements to speed up the process of industrialization of rural labor transfer related ideas and countermeasures .
