Abstract


In this paper, the regional economic development relying on management and corporate strategy , corporate strategy and describes the relationship between regional economic analyzes of regional economic integration enterprise strategic management status quo and development trend analysis of the strategic management rooted in regional economic development reasons put forward on the basis of regional economic integration requirements of enterprise development strategies . The focus of this article is to manage the business development strategy of regional economic integration in the context of research , trying to put forward regional economic development strategy of innovation in business models , in order to promote the common business and the coordinated development of regional economy . This study suggests that in order to better integrate into the enterprise changing regional economic development , the development of more relevant regional practical business strategy , you can proceed from the following aspects : First , look at the regional economic strategy in the accurate positioning ; Second , regional collaboration to promote enterprise platform for building polymerization mechanism for sustainable development , the third element of strengthening regional ability to obtain additional resources , fourth, coordinate the coordinated development of regional non- equilibrium dynamics .
