Abstract


In 2003, the Third Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China , Hu Jintao put forward five overall urban and rural development and on the first of five overall . This is Hu Jintao in the inheritance of Marxism , Mao Zedong Thought , Deng Xiaoping Theory and \out of the major strategic thoughts . After a previous Central Committee Plenum in 2004 -2010 seven Central Document No. \the farmers ' problems , to achieve the integration of urban and rural areas and that the way to solve development goals . At present, the academic study of Hu's urban and rural development thinking is not systematic comprehensive, systematic and comprehensive study of all related expositions from 2003 - 2009 , Hu is the main innovation of this paper . The text is divided into five parts : The first part , Introduction . The purpose and significance of the introduction of this topic , Research , research ideas and innovations . Part IV , focusing on the main content of Hu Jintao urban and rural development thinking system summary . Eight from urban and rural development , the core theme of the requirements of the purpose , principles , approaches , efforts and objectives are discussed .
