Abstract


Real estate is actually a co- development of land , capital and other elements of the integrated real estate is developed in cooperation with the main parties for the completion of real estate development, management and development of real estate contracts through cooperative way will each own elements combined together civil behavior . Develop real estate contract has the following legal characteristics : joint venture , share profits and take risks ; cooperative development contract main body has a special qualification ; cooperation contracts with for-profit purposes ; cooperation contracts in the land use rights of the master or sell primarily through the allocation method available.
