Abstract


With the growing demand for mobile satellite communications , automotive mobile communications services, satellite communication earth station more and more people's attention with its broad market prospects . \Moving \Consider developing a have independent intellectual property rights of car \The actual car involved in the research and development , \Mainly include the mechanical design of the system , communication system design , hardware circuit design and the combination of servo control system design theory and the actual situation of the vehicle system , the servo actuator system , sensors , PID control algorithm, PID parameter tuning , etc. various aspects of the research . By selecting the appropriate PID algorithm and PID parameter tuning to modify the PID parameters to get the best PID control algorithm to test the performance of the antenna system , and Simulation Turntable . Currently , the system has completed the the analog swing sets still the azimuth axis uniaxial campaign pitch axis single-axis motion azimuth axis and pitch axis axis motion on star testing . The test results show that , regardless of the swing sets still or motion system can quickly achieve the satellite search and track . The system is about the actual bodywork environment test , the estimated enterprise production soon .
