Abstract


In the rapid development of the information age , information is increasingly becoming the most active and decisive factors in all areas of society . The city informatization is an important part of the national information technology in various fields related to urban development . In recent years, along with the process of economic globalization and social information , the development and application of information technology to change people's social , economic , cultural , lifestyle , will also become an important indicator of future urban development . From domestic and foreign research results on City Informatization in the early research focused in the area of technology and experience level , there is no systematic study of theoretical results start from the city 's economic and social development perspective . Based on City Informatization in the rapid development of the urgent need for a the scientific strategic analysis of the theoretical framework and the necessary strategic analysis methods . Articles around the actual requirements of the city 's economic and social development , multi-angle analytical thinking on City Informatization in the development of strategic issues . The article first analyzes the achievements made by the City Informatization in the background and significance , as well as domestic and foreign cities information technology ; Secondly, explains the connotation of urban information technology , describes the city information elements of composition and their correlation , analysis of city informatization trends and the main problems , as well as urban informatization construction principles , and discuss the main content of city informatization construction ; Finally, on City Informatization in the path of the planning of strategic planning ; city information and on this basis to discuss key aspects of planning studies and methods .
