Abstract


Traditional technological innovation causes several problems,such as resource shortage, environmental pollution and ecological destruction.These problems restrict the development of Chinese economy.In this context,our community has paid much more attention to the promoting and studying circular economy technological innovation which could reduce energy consumption and pollution.The object of study of the dissertation is circular economy technological innovation.Giving the definition of circular economy technological innovation, discriminating circular economy technological innovation from traditional technological innovation,we have found that government function,technical level, market requirement, enterprise scale and enterprise object are the important factors affecting circulation economy technological innovation. Because circular economy technological innovation has the stronger economic externality, government function would have a fundamental effect on circular economy technological innovation. Governmental direct investment, laws and regulations, green purchasing, pollution charge and green taxation have been discussed. By multiple linear regression analysis,we know that government function is the most important factors affecting circular economy technological innovation and green purchasing has little effect on circular economy technological innovation.
