Abstract


Competition in the automotive industry has been involved in various aspects of the industry chain , the increasingly fierce competition in the supply chain . China's automobile enterprises , the cost of logistics management at least account for more than 20% of the overall production costs . This paper describes the basic theoretical overview of the logistics cost management , describes the narrow sense , the concept of generalized two logistics costs , the total cost of logistics starting from the purchase of raw materials until the finished product delivered to the consumers in the hands of all logistics costs , including transportation the cost is the highest proportion of the total cost of logistics , accounting 45% of the total cost of logistics . Then there is the warehousing costs , the cost of information processing . Logistics cost calculation method mainly traditional costing , activity-based costing two . Logistics cost management is an important topic for the car manufacturer .
