Abstract

This paper studies the one-dimensional interacting electron tunneling double barrier quantum wire interference effects . One -dimensional interacting quantum wire can be used to describe the Tomonaga-Luttinger liquids . Bose through accurate method and Kel-dysh path integral theory, we got backscattered current analytical expression . Through the current - voltage characteristics analysis, we found the presence of such systems in a similar Fabry - Baltic interference is interesting . The first chapter is introductory part briefly describes the research background and why to study a one-dimensional interacting electron tunneling double barrier quantum wire in the interference effects . The second chapter describes the process one -dimensional interacting electron systems commonly used bosonization approach. Chapter 3 describes the work we do . By introducing a non-uniform Tomonaga-Luttinger liquid model to describe the adiabatic connect to two non-interacting electronic library containing double barrier quantum wire interacting by means of Bose Keldysh path integral method and theory , access to the backscattering current analytical expression . And based on the current numerical expression of several typical case current - voltage relationship, and gives the corresponding physical interpretation . We found backscattered current with voltage oscillation behavior is mainly determined the presence of the double barrier quantum interference effects . Interference effect of several competing interactions result in a different intensity, different current and voltage scaling relation . In the fourth chapter, a summary of our text , and the prospects for the development of this field of research carried out some prospects .
