Abstract

Because nitrogen and phosphorus excess emissions caused by the problem of eutrophication has become the most environmental concerns human one , resulting effluent standards for nitrogen and phosphorus in an increasingly demanding and thus the development of energy-efficient wastewater biological nutrient removal water pollution control technology will become the new hot research field . This test uses sequencing batch activated sludge process (SBR), in order to simulate artificially mixed urban sewage was treated , research short simultaneous nitrification and denitrification and phosphorus removal process training process , removal to NO2 - N as electron acceptor denitrification and phosphorus removal process and the main factors determining short realization simultaneous nitrification and denitrification and phosphorus removal best operating conditions , while also using denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) technique for short simultaneous nitrification and denitrification and phosphorus removal system microbial community structure conducted a preliminary exploration. The results show that by controlling the anaerobic time , aeration time , DO concentration and drainage patterns , can successfully achieve short simultaneous nitrification and denitrification and phosphorus removal process for stable operation. In stable operation, control influent COD concentration was 178.85 ~ 253.76mg / L, NH4-N concentration was 25.65 ~ 30.1mg / L, TN concentration was 26.81 ~ 32.37 mg / L, TP concentration was 5.62 ~ 7.18 mg / L of conditions, short simultaneous nitrification and denitrification and phosphorus removal process optimum control of each factor range is : DO was 0.5 ~ 1.0mg / L, sludge age of 9 ~ 13d, temperature 17 ~ 25 ℃. In this process within the parameters , COD, NH4-N, TN and TP in average effluent concentration was 17mg / L, 0.9mg / L, 3 mg / L and 0.6 mg / L, the average removal rates were 92% , 96 %, 89% and 90%. Denitrifying phosphorus removing bacteria in the use of NO2 - N as an electron acceptor for denitrification and phosphorus removal while the NO2 - N denitrification as N2, successful implementation of the short- denitrification and phosphorus removal , so as to achieve efficient nitrogen and phosphorus removal . In studies using molecular biology techniques microbial community structure , obtained by experiments using conventional SDS enzyme extracted from the system more complete activated sludge DNA, and has done a PCR amplification and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis ( DGGE), so as to optimize the system operating conditions , the effect of improving the efficiency of wastewater treatment .
