Abstract


Development is a hard, change is the main theme. With the rapid development of China’s economic construction, the rapid development in network technology environment, the main business as a market economy in the new economy is facing unprecedented competition and challenges, companies create wealth and carries the important mission of managing change. Management science has been a constant development, business organization, the way they operate, all aspects of competitive methods thus undergoing profound changes. Organization agility, execution, process management, real-time management, system management and so made a very clear requirements, which have a common point: the "people" as the center of the collaborative work management, to "information" as the center efficient flow management information systems.This paper as a guide to collaborative management, management information systems by means of the theory, methods and techniques, logistics and information technology ideas to the design and development of vehicle scheduling system based on the integrated link, fragmented information systems integration companies to optimize the design of the with the company’s management information systems, and technical services in the MCC Baosteel Co., Ltd. made a successful application.This paper presented the first chapter the research background, objectives, methods, content and meaning.ChapterⅡLiterature Review, the first sum of the co-management theory, management information system concepts and characteristics, and then analyzes the concept of collaborative management information systems and characteristics of optimization theory and the status quo at home and abroad, and a brief study of the logistics information results.ChapterⅢdiscusses the MCC Baosteel Technology’s management status and problem analysis. The first detailed analysis of the company’s information systems management status, analyzed the company’s business situation and needs inside and outside the association, as well as the company’s development of collaborative management information system’s specific needs.The fourth chapter in the business requirements based on the analysis, design for MCC Baosteel Technology management needs of collaborative management information systems, specifically addressed the construction of the design concept and system architecture model, and described the vehicle scheduling system based on the design and development optimize the integrated development with the company’s management information system process.Chapter collaborative management information systems implementation and application. The use of data integration and network integration method, the MCC Baosteel Technology’s existing vehicle management information systems, GPS systems, pound into a single transmission company management system collaborative management information systems, specifically addressed the application of results.Chapter VI of the entire text of the summary and outlook.
