Abstract


Banking financial institutions operating have three business,they are liabilities of the business,assets business and intermediate business.The bank agent charge and payment business platform belong to intermediate business.The platform is an important component of the bank application system.Build and perfect the platform that providing customers with a full range of services,continue to promote and improve the service quality, achieve economic benefits and social benefits of the perfect unity.This paper discusses the whole process of the bank agent charge and payment business platform. In the stage of demand analysis, first of all, this paper discusses the present situation, the business processes and function requirements for the platform; and then designs the overall structure about the platform. In the stage of system design, it analyzes system of the logical structure, network architecture, software structure,and database design.In the stage of system realization, because the businesses having various species and dissimilar manage mode, The paper presented the software design of the platform based on distributed multi-tier and module. Against adopting the mechanism of flow control and engine drive,realizeing the whole manage of business.
