Abstract


The modernization of management and scientific of decision-making can not be without information. The information system of University asset management integrates, deploys and controls the isolated equipment procurement, consumption, inventory and other information of each teaching equipment manufacturing plant and university unit through the networked information systems, which improves information sharing and increases the accuracy of management. As a result, it will greatly improve efficiency , increase asset utilization and guarantee the reasonable use of state-owned assetsThe fixed asset management of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College is one of the most important part of equipment management in the College. University asset management can be divided into four links : declaration management, procurement management, asset management and waste management. They are independent, and require mutual supervision. In theory, the four links should be independent. In the actual management, we usually classify declaration management, procurement management, and waste management as multi-unit condominium. For example, the College Discipline Office, Office equipment, Office supplies, reporting units and technical experts, and only the asset management belongs to the internal affairs of the Office equipment. In asset management, asset can be divided into fixed assets and other non-fixed assets. College integrated asset management system includes the aforementioned four areas. The management of two types of assets is a relatively large network information system, which should be established by the college or completed by the commissioned technical group.Basing on my work practices, this issue is to complete the fixed asset management of the integrated system. It will achieve the Institute fixed asset management information and bring about inquiry allocation, accounting and other integrated management functions, which provides the further develop of network version of the Academy asset management integrated system a reference, and shares the background data to the college integrated system by means of the distributed database system. This system brings about the use of Access + SQL server, the interface capacity of Access which is easy to use, the common management function of the College internal staff . Making use of the powerful database management and sharing capabilities of SQL Server, this system provides the Institute integrated management system with SQL Server database permission.
