Abstract


In this thesis, a alarm prediction patterns mining method based on SVM and an incremental refresh method are proposed after analyzing triple play fault management features and the disadvantages and advantages of the existing intelligent fault management.the main contributions of this thesis are listed below:(1) The characteristics and difficulties of triple play network management are summarized, the advantages and disadvantages of several intelligent fault management methods are compared.(2) In order to solve the problem of the declining efficiency of alarm prediction method based on SVM in vast amounts of data environment, an improved alarm prediction method based on SVM is proposed. This thesis presents a threshold optimized incremental learning methods in the training phase of classification predictor in order to speed up the learning efficiency, thereby reducing the learning time. In the period of predicting phase, an automatic adjusting classifier queue method is presented, therefore predicting time is reduced. Finally, experiment results show that the improved alarm prediction method based on SVM algorithm improves the efficiency of alarm prddiction.(3) The number of alarms increases sharply after triple play, therefore, how to display the important warning information in time has become real problem, A real-time warning of an incremental refresh method to solve this problem is presented in this thesis.Experiment results show that this method improves the efficiency of refreshing.
