Abstract

With the development of power electronics technology, not controlled rectifier applications in various fields increasingly widespread, but because the device is not controllable diode rectifier device to the power grid into a large number of harmonic current on the grid and the user caused a series of hazards. Multi-pulse rectifier technique is to improve power rectifiers occasions effective measure performance, but its input current contains higher harmonic power will still cause serious pollution. In order to more effectively eliminate the variable load is not controlled rectifier input current harmonics and to keep the system features high efficiency, this technology combined with multi-pulse rectifier and rectifier DC side harmonic suppression technology, is designed based on the DC side of the active harmonic suppression techniques can feed six-phase rectifier system. Taking into account at least eliminate the input current harmonics 3,5,7 and effectively reduce the non-isolated power rectifier unit volume, cost requirements, chose to use the phase shifting autotransformer for 12 pulse rectifier circuit as the basic circuit. Studied for its rectification system in common, analyzed the 12-pulse rectifier harmonic suppression principle, voltage characteristics, discusses the zero-sequence current suppressors and balancing reactor works, calculate the equivalent capacity of magnetic components for the six-phase rectifier can be fed system is designed to provide a basis. DC side active harmonic suppressor is to determine the performance of six-phase rectifier can be fed system harmonics suppression effect and the efficiency of the most critical factor. To do this, first derive the energy regenerative six-phase rectifier system input current, load current and input current active harmonic suppressor mathematical relationships; then analyzed using Fourier series expansion of its harmonic suppression principle. Through the above analysis, as long as the active input current harmonic suppressor is to meet the specific requirements of the triangular wave energy regenerative six-phase rectifier input current waveform is very nearly sinusoidal, to achieve a further eliminate non-controlled rectifier input current harmonic characteristics purposes. By analyzing the active balancing reactor power state of the secondary side, to determine the DC side of the active harmonic suppressor is essentially a single-phase high frequency PWM rectifier, it is converted to DC energy harmonic energy fed to the load. Accordingly, the design of the main active harmonic suppressor circuit, driver circuit and control circuit, and in the use of the autotransformer 12 pulse rectifier circuit, based on research with a 3kW DC-based active harmonic suppression techniques can feed six-phase rectifier experimental prototype, built up an experimental platform. Simulation and experimental results show that the system can more effectively eliminate the variable load is not controlled rectifier input current harmonics and adopted the role of energy feedback to maintain high efficiency.
