Abstract


As a new revolution of technology and industry which is attracted by international financial crisis, Internet of Things has profound influence on economic development mode of individual countries and regions. China is highly concerned about Internet of Things which has been raised to the height of the national strategic industry. Communications industry is the key industry sectors and key development areas of the industrial development of Internet of Things. Actively promoting communications industry to involve in the development of Internet of Things, it contributes to the improvement of the industry chain and to achieve the industrial development. In the context of the industrial development of Internet of Things of China, do research on the drivers of the development of Internet of Things of communications industry which has important significance to further promote the development of Internet of Things of communications industry and to formulate practical development strategy.In this paper, it is the research center that the drivers of the development of Internet of Things of communications industry. Firstly, comb the theory of industrial development of Internet of Things with literature review method. Secondly, do research on development status and drivers of Internet of Things home and abroad. Thirdly, study the key essential factor by using the diamond model theory based on the analysis of development status of Internet of Things of communications industry. Then, do research on the drivers, investigate the dynamic mechanism between the various drivers. Fourthly,exploratory put forward the driver model. Do empirical research on represent areas, explore the main factors that drive the communications industry to develop Internet of Things with the SPSS statistical analysis tools and do inspection and correction of the hypothetical model. Finally, propose several suggestions on development of Internet of Things of communications industry in connection with the previous conclusions.This article enriches the domestic research on the drivers of the development of Internet of Things of communications industry. On the one hand, it can play a guiding role in how to promote the development of Internet of Things of communications industry. On the other hand, it will provide a valuable reference for government agencies in industry development plan of Internet of Things.
