Abstract


With the development of laptop, net book and smart phone, from 2003 till now, the increase of the desktop sales revenue became flat. The companies’competence has changed from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) to R&D, marketing and post-sales service. In order to meet customers’ swift changing demand in desktop parts supply of post sales service, companies have to summarize the post-sales experience, optimize the SCM (Supply Chain Management) solutions, shorten the turn around time, increase the flexibility and minimize the project risks.This thesis explores the project risk management of company Fudian for desktop post-sales parts fulfillment. Firstly, it starts with reviewing the content and characteristics of desktop spare parts fulfillment project in company Fudian. Then it summarizes the risk factor in the following project management period; project initiating, project planning, project executing, project controlling and project ending, so as to set up the risk measurement structure. Thirdly, it designs the project risk multi-hierarchical investigation questionnaires by using multi-criteria evaluation methods, releases the questionnaires to company Fudian’s project manager team, who has at least 5 years service experiences , then, by analysis the investigation result, comes out the critical ones. After that, it finds out the rout cause by using fishbone diagram graphic skill. Finally, the thesis puts forward the appropriate risk response and monitor plan, so as to help the management team to do project risk control. At the meantime, it is expected to be used as a reference or hint for future project managers controlling the related projects in post-sales service.
