Cold stress animals , multi-organization , multi- organ impact , which is a more serious impact on the immune system . Gut is not just the animal 's digestive organs , but also plays an important role in immune the bowel function decline will seriously affect the health of the animal , and cold stress effect on intestinal mucosal immune rarely reported . In this experiment, male chicks for the study, acute (0h, 1h, 3h, 6h, 12h and 24h) , chronic (5d, 10d and 20d) cold stress (12 ± 1 ℃) processed through the intestinal tissue IL -4 and IL-6 levels and IL -2 , IL -7 , IFN - γ and IL-17, HSP70, PPARγ , and SeWmRNA expression detection , to explore the chick intestinal mucosal immune mechanism of cold stress . For the effects of cold stress on intestinal mucosal immune study provides a theoretical basis . The study showed that : 1 . Ileum and cecum tonsil light microscope observation confirmed that cold stress can cause chicks ileum and cecal tonsil mucosa morphological changes . Acute and chronic cold stress can cause the intestinal tissue IL - of 4 , the content of IL -6 and IL -2 , IL -7 , IFN - γ and IL-17mRNA expression changes suggestive of acute cold stress late The cellular immune dominated play a role in other phases of the cell and humoral immune . Acute cold stress early and chronic cold stress stage , the expression of the chick intestinal in HSP70mRNA rose , revealing the body through this pathway to resist cold stress damage to the intestinal mucosa . Acute cold stress early and chronic cold stress stage , the expression of the chick intestinal in PPARγmRNA rise prompted to cold stress involved in the regulation of intestinal mucosal immunity . Acute cold stress early and chronic cold stress stage , the expression of the chick intestinal in SeWmRNA rise , suggesting that in the process of cold stress , the body may resist the damage caused by the immune system of the intestinal mucosa through this pathway . The test from the intestinal tissue morphology, content and gene expression of cytokines , immune regulation, angles , revealed the impact of cold stress on intestinal mucosal immune . To explore newborn animals cold-adapted methods to improve the ability to cold newborn animals , animals in a cold environment can provide the theoretical basis of the scientific and experimental basis to maintain normal physiological function .
