Abstract

In view of the great dangers of mastitis in dairy cattle, this topic by the natural incidence varying degrees of mastitis in dairy cattle serum and whey factor. Explore the the cows suffering varying degrees mastitis, serum and whey cytokines, anti-oxidation system of free radicals and trace element content changes with mastitis relationship, to explore of Bovine Mastitis radical metabolism and anti-oxidative capacity of dynamic variation between the recessive mastitis cows suffering from treatment using traditional Chinese medicine transdermal agent to determine the change of the above indicators whether caused by mastitis, and verify the efficacy of Chinese medicine transdermal agent. This experiment provides a theoretical basis for Bovine Mastitis causes and clinical diagnosis, providing appropriate technical parameters for the evaluation of the effects of drug treatment of mastitis in dairy cattle and prognosis. This study, radioimmunoassay, visible spectrophotometry, atomic absorption spectrophotometry to determine the varying degrees of mastitis groups cow serum and whey inflammatory factor IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α , free radical scavenging enzymes SOD, GSH-Px, free radical oxidation products MDA and the body's T-AOC in content and trace elements Zn, Cu, Fe content. The test results show that the bovine mammary inflammation serum and whey in IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α levels are higher than normal cows, and the content is gradually increased with the degree of inflammation intensifies; IL-1β content with the inflammation intensifies gradually increased, but to the onset of clinical symptoms significantly decreased content again; sick all the cows in the serum and whey SOD, GSH-Px downward trend compared with the control group vitality, and content with inflammation was intensified gradually reduced; illness groups cow serum and whey of MDA compared with the control group increased gradually, and the content is gradually increased with the degree of inflammation intensifies; animal body's T-AOC with the degree of inflammation intensifies gradually weakened; Compared with the control group, the sick cow serum and whey Zn content lower than normal cows, and content with the degree of inflammation intensifies gradually reduced; Cu and Fe content higher than normal cows, content gradually increased with the degree of inflammation intensifies. Through the use of traditional Chinese medicine transdermal agent treatment, and these indicators before and after treatment were compared, the medication after several indicators showed a recovery trend, and near normal levels, indicating that changes in these indicators and mastitis in dairy cattle closely related can indirectly as mastitis diagnostic indicators. Prove this Chinese medicine transdermal agent has a good effect, can be used as a clinically effective drug prevention and treatment of mastitis.
