Abstract

Brucellosis (Brucellosis) is caused by Brucella (Brucella), livestock and a variety of wild animals suffering from chronic bacterial sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Brucella is a disease pathogen enters the body through the digestive tract, skin, mucous membranes, and respiratory pathway infection and morbidity. Brucella parasitic mesh lymphoid tissue, the pathological process caused by the immune system, and is often accompanied by bacteremia, causing serious damage to the reproductive, nervous and skeletal systems. The global epidemic of the disease was to have important public health implications, causing huge losses to the world economy. Vaccination is one of the important means to control brucellosis vaccine antibody can interfere with conventional serological monitoring, resulting in a miscarriage of justice resulted in huge economic losses. Study various serological methods to detect vaccine immunized animals antibody growth and decline of the correct diagnosis of brucellosis has great value. The present study, S2, S19, and M5-90 immune cattle, respectively, after immunization 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 months, blood was collected, the serum was separated. The the above serum application RBPT, SAT, HVRI-cELISA, Idexx-iELISA Svanova-cELISA detected, a comparative study. Application M5-90, S2-immune sheep and after immunization 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 months, blood, serum was separated. The detection result of the vaccination of cattle: RBPT, SAT, HVRI-cELISA Svanova-cELISA method in the first one of the three kinds of vaccine strains after immunization, seroconversion rate reached the maximum, to reduce the number of positive animals with immune time. Idexx-iELISA approach one month after immunization only immune S2 cattle yang transfer rate is the highest, the other two kinds of vaccine strains later than one month. Six months of the herd immunity, inoculation S2 the Bovine Serum applications HVRI-cELISA positive animals and Svanova-cELISA method detection rate of 0, inoculation S19 the Bovine Serum applications Svanova-cELISA and of Idexx-iELISA positive animal detection rate 0 positive animals inoculated M5-90 bovine five methods detection rate is not 0, require a slightly longer time monitoring. Comparative analysis of the results showed that: HVRI-cELISA AND the Svanova-cELISA detection S19 immune herd comply with the highest rate (κ = 0.927), detection S2 and M5-90 although lower than the S19, but κ values ??are more than 0.75 has good compliance rate. The immune sheep test results show: the the the RBPT, SAT HVRI-cELISA Svanova-cELISA method in M5-90 and S2 vaccine strain 1 month after immunization animals seroconversion rate. When 32% as the threshold the positive animal detection rate with Svanova-cELISA method difference was not statistically significant (p gt HVRI-cELISA applications; 0.05), and in six months when the immune positive rate of 0.
