Abstract


With the rapid development of economic society and the improvement of people’s living standard, basic business of mobile communication cannot meet the consumer’s demand for personalized entertainment. Thus, providing broadbandization of mobile communications becomes inevitable choice of the various operators and an impetus of new businesses development In the mobile communications broadband conditions, it become the main issue for the three major domestic operators that how to operate the enterprise under such a circumstance. Therefore, researching the impact of broadband wireless mobile communication operation and exploration of the development path of broadband wireless communication can provide reasonable advice for our telecom operators to select the operation and management mode.In this thesis, starting from the basic concept of the broadband wireless mobile, the thesis analyize broadband mobile communication technology and business development., draw the experience of developed countries, determine the influencing factors of operation managemenf of China’s broadband wireless mobile communication. Then, based on the clustering analysis method, we determine the every stage and the discrepancies of the broadband wireless mobile communication development in different provinces and cities. Furthermore, and give the development path of operations management for China’s broadband wireless mobile communications. Finally, in different regions and telecom operator’s angle, we present the development strategies to promote development of China’s broadband wireless mobile communication. The achievement of this thesis provides a theoretical guidance for telecom operators to take effective business model
